Lively plaza with fountains, cafe, various walkways, nearby playground and seating. Sometimes used for performnce evens like morris dancing. Handy for sainsburys and library.
The lifts do not work, which is ridiculous. I had to carry my 4 month old baby in her buggy down the stairs with just me and my 8 year old who couldn't manage it! Thankfully someone was able to assist us. Then to add insult to injury there was no ramp that I could see to get off the plaza bit, so once again a stranger had to help me with the buggy.nOn return to my car I had to walk up the entrance ramp, which is absurd and ridiculously dangerous, its meant for cars, not people.nSeems this is an ongoing issue as lots of people have mentioned the lifts not working. It needs to be sorted out!
Decent prices, but the catch for me is that it rarely recognises my number plate, which causes queues when entering or leaving...
Never recognises my number plate, so it takes ages to get in and out. I always get a receipt when I pay, so I can scan to prove I've paid, but it does cause queues
Very good car park that I didn't know existed in Horsham! It's a bit narrow getting in and out of the car park but apart from that it's a nice car park that is decently kept and also pretty reasonable. £2 for up to 2 hours of parking isn't bad at all in my mind.
