I cannot thank Fortitude enough. Fortitude came into my life at the perfect time; gave me a sense of belonging, a new fitness drive & new friends. Fortitude is more than a gym, from the informative and motivational emails, the inclusive, positive & challenging classes and the continuous support from the team itself! Thank you for everything and I am excited to watch my strength grow & continue to learn new techniques!
Absolutely love this gym! I have been a member at other gyms in the past but they have either made me feel uncomfortable or do not offer programmes that fit my goals! However, now I have found Fortitude I’m here to stay. The people are great, all like minded and want each other to do well and the programmes etc fit my goals and are flexible should my needs or goals change! Would highly recommend :
The team are great and they really want everyone to succeed. Workouts are well structured and the environment is friendly and accepting of everyone, regardless of where you are physically. There is also dietary abd supplements advice available. Classes range from Crossfit style, Strength and Conditioning, Barbell work as well as flexibility classes.
Amazing trainers who do everything in their power to help you get the results you're fighting for. This is the only gym I know of to share so much positivity and support between it's members. I had never enjoyed exercise/going to the gym until now, so this is the first time I have been consistent and my goals are achievable!
Swapped a 'regular' gym, for fortitude as I'd known josh for a while and wanted a change to my training as frankly I was getting bored..... Best decision I've made in ages! Josh and Tina make every session work hard for you, whatever your level/experience/history, are always patient when coaching you on new things and somehow make it all fun! I have also made lots of new friends with people who I may never have crossed paths with normally, everybody is welcoming and supportive which helps you feel 'at home', they will also have a laugh when you completely wipe out! As it should be 4 months in and I feel better, and enjoy training again, they even got me skipping Try it you may like
Awesome gym! Brilliant coaches and a great selection of training classes. Everyone gets on really well and there is a friendly atmosphere.
Have been attending now for a couple of months and have already seen improvements in fitness and physique. Great community, if the standard gyms aren’t working for you I would definitely recommend giving Fortitude a go!
This place is amazing! I have tried several places to work out over the years but never stuck at it... This is more than a Gym it's a place you always want to be, everyone looks out for each other and it's such a fantastic community vibe and actually fun to work out when your there EVERY TIME!
With it's inspiring coaches and the never failing enthusiasm of it's members, it's impossible not to fall in love with Fortitude. The unique sense of community creates an environment to which you are at one with eachother. Building friendships and supporting one another to reach whatever goal you may have set yourself. No more trying things alone and failing, join the community, you won't regret it, I certainly havent!
Josh and Tina are there for their clients 24/7. Joining Fortitude was the best thing I have ever done, the training atmosphere is so motivating, and the friends you make definitely make training a little easier!
