They were kind. I brought my car to replace the front tires and check a rear tyre that lost pressure. There was a screw and they fixed it without charging me.nMuch appreciated their job.
On holiday from the Isle of Wight and hit a pothole Saturday evening. Rang the garage that night. They were very helpful and polite on the phone and open on Sundays! Went to get the tyre replaced the next day. Unfortunately the only tyre they had that would fit the car was £200. Rather than convince me to buy that tyre they checked their other branches elsewhere for a cheaper alternative and found me a far cheaper alternative after phoning their Eastbourne branch. All this was done in a quick and effective manner.nnCouldn't have asked for a better, more polite and genuine manager doing all he could to help us out of our bind. Highly recommend!
Very easy to use, with clear, concise direction on what to do and what you need to be aware of.
Brings back memories for when I worked for this firm 25 years ago. Some things never change. The service is still fast, polite and good value. You can add COVID safe to the list as well now. I will be back when the other tyres need replacing.
Have had only positive experiences with the staff here , popped into today and even though they were busy they were happy to give my tyre which I had a concern about a quick check before I went on a long journey.
