Formula One were pounds cheaper than the other large companies, so I chose them and booked and paid on line. I chose the Long Eaton branch and selected a day and time for my Tyre fitting. The branch was busy, but I was attended too on time and was soon on my way again. I will use them again and highly recommend Formula One Autocentres.

Friendly competent staff. Disappointing that my tyres weren't delivered on time for my first appointment however I was contacted and advised of this early on and we rearranged an appointment.

Following my recent visit I provided feedback to the Regional Manager shown in the depot office and then to the one who signed the letter accompanying my price match cheque;neither have had the good grace to reply. I have never,in all of my visits had a quick turn round at Formula One Long Eaton. Having said that they are always very competitive on their tyre prices and were true to their price match promise. The upshot is if you want assurance that you will get a good deal,they are the place,but it comes at a cost in time.

Order processing very slick. Arrived at my appointed time and greeted very courteously. The young man who fitted the tyre was very pleasant and helped me load the tyre into my car. An exceptionally good experience in these days of slipshod service. Fully recommended
