Tasty food, reasonable priced in delightful surroundings and served by attentive staff
Very nice place to enjoy a romantic dinner or family meal. Nice surroundings with attentive staff but most of all excellent food presented with style. The wine was top quality. We never tried the dessert so, can't comment on those. But all in all a great experience.
Went for Christmas lunch with my friends. Staff gave excellent service without being pushy. Food was piping hot. Ambience was great. Excellent value for money. Well deserved 5 stars.
Nice food. Hard to find, tucked down a back street, but worth seeking out.
Excellent value for a first class lunch. Three courses of generous portions for £12.95 can't be beaten. Good choice of dishes served by friendly staff. Shall be returning soon.
Had the most amazing meal tonight one of the best I have ever had started with goats cheese tart then had a wonderful mixed fish dish and veg then had cheese cake service was fantastic menu lovely setting lovely would defiantly go again
The food here is lovely we have been coming here for 14 years & the food has been excellent all the time. The staff are very friendly & it is a great place to eat.
Lovely meal with the family at The Forge tonight. Warm welcome, fantastic food and no issues ordering off menu. Will be back soon no doubt!
