A hidden gem of a place. Only had coffee this visit but they have a great menu and food looked delicious. Lovely stop after a walk around Castle Coch and mountains/forest. The beautiful peacock is a bonus

Stopped in after a day of hiking nearby and was pleasantly surprised to find a nice place to relax and enjoy a much needed break. Good selection of coffee and of course a slice of cake was a must. They are very dog friendly and is a great place to unwind after hiking or before you begin your day.

Great place. Feels very cozy. Best Victoria sponge cake I have ever had. Could eat just the sponge.Food: 5/5

Nice place to stop off during a walk in the woods. Decent typical menu choice for a cafe. Nice coffee. Cute spot. Could do with shifting some of the clutter and tidying the place up as could be gorgeous.

Lovely little cafe in the woods, simple food done well at good prices. really welcome break while walking the trails. tables outside but indoors is lovely and warm if weathers not so good  The peacocks, hens and fish kept the kids very entertained.

This is a really lovely place with a great, cosy atmosphere. There are toys and books for little ones and the seating is comfy. The coffee and Welsh cakes were really nice and the service was quick and very friendly. Definitely recommend.  Kid-friendliness: I was breastfeeding my toddler when the waitress came to take my order. Some people are really odd about breastfeeding slightly older children but the waitress was so lovely and spoke to me about her own experience of breastfeeding a slightly older baby. Win! I would therefore really recommend this place for anyone breastfeeding who wants somewhere they can be free of judgement not that that should be a thing, but that&#39;s how it is sometimes!. Also, there was a nice selection of toys and books for my daughter to play with, and space outside for her to run around and look at the birds.  Parking: Decent number of parking spaces very close to the tearooms.

Cosy tea room near Castle Coch, friendly staff, lovely hot chocolate, selection of delicious cakes and many other options from the menu, nice atmosphere Food: 5/5

Staff are friendly even the middles age one with glasses , she took our order and was pleasant an courteous. love to pop in for the friendly atmosphere after walking the dog, prices are competitive and the surroundings are comfy for a chat and to  relax . See you soon !

Such a friendly place and allows dogs, we always stop here during our walks through Forest Fawr. Food is amazing the breakfast is a must have warm and cosy inside with the log burners and beautiful views from the outside seating.
