Really nice and peaceful place, couple of clean toilets. Parking was ok today but car park can easily fill up.
Lovely peaceful crematorium surrounded by woodland. Easy access and with a good-sized carpark. Very compassionate staff will do anything they can to help.
The crematorium service we attended was beautiful. Unfortunately the layout of the crematorium chapel is not like ones that you would have find in London as you enter and exit the chapel on the same entrance. Some members of the family did not know so where the floral tributes were laid by the undertaker. Due to the lack of an entry and exit we were made to move down into the bench area where the path leads up from the car park to allow the funeral in front of us to exit the chapel. This resulted in elderly relatives getting very cold whilst waiting for the funeral. The toilets are spotlessly clean which is good excellent wheelchair access. Please note there is no waiting area other than the benches outside so you will have to sit in your car until the time of the service. The crematorium may have to look at at placing a waiting area within the crematorium as on a wet day day or winter's day you are going to get very cold. The crematorium seems to be in the middle of nowhere so they may wish to consider if they did extend the site slightly putting in a waiting area and/or a tea bar like they have at Garston crematorium in Watford
Kind, caring compassionate staff who work so hard to ensure the highest standards are provided. Lovely setting with beautiful gardens. Nothing is too much trouble for the team of hard working people at this crematorium. Thank you Hannah, Gerald, Kevin, Matt & colleagues who 'go that extra mile' to help us funeral directors to ensure bereaved families and their loved ones receive such great care, thank you all, Jo Hume at Ian Watts & Son Funeral Directors Mon Ltd.
I recently had my Grandmother's funeral here. The chapel felt intimate and the surroundings felt peaceful
My mother's flowers were on display at the crematorium. We were told they would be there for three days so we could return to take photo's. Very upset to discover somebody had taken them. Unsatisfactory response from management.
Good people, management, location and atmosphere.
Visited commando brother grave - no display board to locate grave - staff NOT INTERESTED TO HELP DISGRACEFUL ATTITUDE
Beautiful setting and facilities.
