I’ve tried to get a pair of very old, quality, Swiss made walking boots repaired at numerous Cobblers & Timson’s outlets over the last few years, only to be told by all that it was beyond them & they couldn’t be done. Whilst looking for a cobbler to re-sole & re-heel my regular Motorcycle boots I found Forest Cobbler on the internet. With good reviews I decided to get them done & take my old walking boots along on the off chance. The guy is a genius, he managed to make up & sew in new leather ankle protectors to my walking boots which nobody would touch as well as do a fantastic job on my bike boots. All for a very reasonable price.

Excellent service. Used them for two different services within the space of 2 weeks. I got keys made within 5 minutes and then on the most recent occasion I had my shoes re soled and heeled. The shoes came back to me in excellent condition. The service was friendly and I will use again

This is a professional family- run business with exceptional and superior customer service. They are very friendly and helpful.  My boots have had a longer lease of life, thanks to them!. Good choice of trophies. Engraving was good. Can't believe how many watch batteries they changed whilst I was waiting. Very good. Been bad since and still good. Brilliant service. Needed medals in hurry.

Great service and results.  Expensive shoes given  a long sole at 70% discount on Church's price.  Buy good shoes but support this exceptional local service.

Had a knife engraved here, the font was spot on and was as straight as they come, one problem was that they spelt a word wrong, however on pointing this out they quickly set to work repairing it. I was happy for them to keep the money but the lady insisted I have a refund, all I can say is top quality service with complete integrity, very lacking in these larger more corporate stores. Keep up the good work and stay true to the small independent business that you are.
