Phoned to see if they had a part that I required for my wife's Corolla. They told me they had several in stock. I went there and sure enough they did and it was in good condition, worked well and was a very reasonable price. Much cheaper than a new Toyota part! There was a bit of a delay before someone came to attend to me, but apart from that I would certainly recommend FCS and will use them again. Thanks.

Seeing the reviews, I count myself lucky then. I ordered a pair of Honda Accord headlights. They only had one in stock, so had to wait a day for the other one. I paid for both, so I just had to collect. I arrived next day, and I couldn't find the guy I dealt with, his numbers were just ringing, but then I notruces him, and he phoned the warehouse, and within half hour, I had my part. I only used them once, and like I said, no problem.

DON'T USE. ...they assure you that they have the part when in fact they do not they take your money and tell you a delivery date but the part doesnt show up when you call they continue to say its at warehouse and we will call you back but they do not. After servaral phone calls i asked to speak to the manager the staffs phone manner is simply rude they asked details of the part i exsplained my car is of the road need the part asap i ill pay for extra delivery thy assured me it would be here in 3 days. It wasnt. I as very patient and discussed with them 6 days after the order and they just say ok and try get you off fone manager is Dave but he is not ever around to speak with. They asked me to stop calling well refund my money until then i will call until i speak with a manager in the end i used Motor Hog much more reliable and as for my refund i ill be calling my bank to get it back complete cow boys. If this company was closer blieve me i would want face to face discussion with Dave. His staff need a lesson in what good customer service is and dont take peoples money if you do not have the PART. Updated- I have now had my phone conversation with the manager and its clear to see why his staff are so poor as the leader is not interested. They have sent me a letter stating they will start legal proceedings should i not take down my review..... sorry no the review stays. I was advised one thing and then they say your been unreasonable when your ecpectations set by your staff are not meet.

They are cheaters. They take money on the card for the part and never send it. they don' have a part on first place. then you wait and wait to get your refund. Scamsters!!

Part was faulty. Spoke to man in returns who disputed & asked my garage to ring them to confirm. This was done. Said they would send replacement out. Never turned up so ordered elsewhere for expediency. Returned faulty part. Was advised that they would send replacement out I told them already fixed so they are going to charge 25% handling charge for a faulty item!!!!! Said would have sent replacement once faulty one returned- was never told this during my phone call or the call from my garage . Don't use. Disgraceful customer service.
