Honestly, the best place to go! Paul and the team are so lovely and helped me so much and very quickly when my wing mirror was damaged by another driver. Within two days I had a new wing mirror and was back on the road safely. The whole team are fantastic and I really couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you.

I have used Dinnages Worthing for many years, and really like the friendly team there. I have just bought a new Fiesta from them and they made the whole process very easy and stress-free. They also gave me a great deal on the car and were really helpful answering all my queries prior to ordering and on collection. I liked the fact that the salesperson I dealt with was not overly 'salesy' and definitely not in any way intimidating or pushy like many other dealerships. Definitely recommend this dealership.
I have used Dinnages Ford Worthing as a Mobility customer for the last 12 years, they have always looked after me and their Mobility sales person has a great deal of knowledge to offer to help choose the right car for your needs. The Show rooms are light and airy and the staff are always polite and helpful. I would not go any where else unless I absolutely had no choice.
I had a fantastic experience buying a new car from Dinnages. Tim was friendly, thorough, knowledgable and not in the slightest bit pushy. He kept us in the loop throughout, and as someone with very little knowledge of cars, he explained everything simply and with patience. On the day I picked the car up, Tim even took the time to thoroughly go through the cars features, explaining what each button was and how to operate it. He even set up the radio system and connected my phone via Bluetooth. My previous car was extremely basic didn’t even have aircon! so this was extremely well received. I absolutely couldn’t fault my experience with Dinnages and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Bought a brand new Ford from Tim Marshallsay. What a fantastic experience, Tim was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. The whole team where very friendly. Tim made buying my first brand new car very easy and when I mentioned I was calling it Tigger he went to the trouble of hand drawing an amazing Tigger for me. I can’t rate Tim high enough.
Recently had Dinnages carry out a full service and when I collected found multiple scratches and damage to one alloy. They sent me images of the signs saying it was my risk that the car was left in the car park but they covered the alloy repair cost. I since asked the alloy repair company to respray my drivers front as the colour was not correct when it was sprayed last time and they took the wheel off to find the tyre was threadbare. They and other garages have advised that it was very dangerous and I was very lucky the tyre had not blown on me causing a potential serious accident. Dinnages marked the tyre off at 4.0 across all tread depths with all tyres being marked green along with the wheel alignment however since then another garage checked the alignment to find it not aligned correctly. The damage on the tyre was not caused by myself as less then 200 miles have passed since the service. The tyre was in that way when the service was completed. I will not recommend Dinnages to anyone and won't be using them myself again.
if you value your safety DO NOT USE DINNAGES I brought my car to dinner Worthing a month after I bought it from a Ford dealership up in derby for a suspected coolant leak, oil leak and steering column knock on inspection they found no coolant leak which me and my mate ex technician were almost certain in definitely had they found no issue with the oil leak and found the e steering column had a knock which was quoted at roughly £1400 i then booked it in to get the steering column replaced under warranty, during the work they did manage to break two parts of my car which they reluctantly paid the hire car for the extra duration in which I needed it. Upon collecting the car I took my car straight to a friend who is an ex technician who found the steering column issue had not been sorted and potentially left in a worse condition and he also managed to find where the coolant leak was coming from which was confirmed the correct place after it had been back to derby. Upon collecting the head technician at derby said that my car had none of the steering column bolts re tightened and he had to take out the entire steering column and re fit it correctly I am extremely disappointed in how Dinnages dealt with my car fiesta ST and highly recommend they are avoided if Dinnages wish to constant me any further I am only willing to talk the the branch manager ford Dinnages Worthing. Dinnages Ford Worthing are genuinely second to none. They are so helpful and caring towards their customers. They have helped me so much over the last couple of years that I can’t thank them enough.
