Excellent i came over from east hants to have a vasectomy at the fordingbridge hospital on the 23 of may 2026 the staff at the desk and the doctor were very friendly and helpful i couldnt fault the place it was immaculate from the waiting room with plenty of water to the surgery room and the procedure was painless.nThe nurse talked to me the whole time while doctor toby wallis did the procedure they made me feel relaxed all the way i would highley recommend this place, my only regret is this is not my regular surgery as the mid hampshire hospital had a lovely feel to it.nHIGHLEY RECOMEND FOR PEACE OF MIND. thanks to everyone there.
I've just visited the surgery and was seen by Alison Pisini. She examined me and very quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem, and prescribed the necessary medication. She suggested I contact her in three days' time if I'm still unwell.nnAlison is the most helpful and personable member of staff I've seen at the surgery. Thank you.

The ladies who answer the phone are very rude, condensating and anytime you call the surgery they make you feel like you're a nuisance to them. If they do not like their work they should change, because they're representing the Surgery. Awful place and I can't recommend it to anyone. The answering machine in this surgery is very confusing, wrongly recorded and not giving you a proper information about the surgery. I feel sorry that I needed to transfer to this horrible surgery!!!nI received extremely unprofessional phone call from someone who said that they were the Manager of the Fordenbridge Surgery, but she refused to introduce herself with her name, I felt like she was scared but it was simply unprofessional and out of place. So I asked her twice what is your name because she claimed that she's the Manager so finally she said Michelle Reymond. The reason she called to justify her colleagues unprofessional behaviour... Well now I know who they take example from.nI truly hope that Dr. Phillip Gerard Cockburn Downes reads these reviews because this people working at the Fordenbridge Surgery are abomination to Health Care and sick people.nNo one calls any Surgery for fun, they need help and understanding, but sadly at this Surgery these things are alien and unknown.
The receptionists, nurse practitioners and doctors are always prompt in responding to anima requests and are empathetic and compassionate during telephone and in person appointments.
