Appalling service. Condescending staff and consistently unreliable when booking through Anima. There’s a clear lack of understanding or care around the nature of concerns raised. I called regarding my 8-year-old son, and the receptionist asked if I had tried Googling the issue — an unprofessional and dismissive response. Deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
I had side effects from a medication and messaged my GP asking if it was possible for an alternative. I received a very prompt text message reply agreeing and a new treatment was helpfully sent to the pharmacy. So straightforward, quick and kindly done, and no need for telephone calls or appointments. Thank you so much.nJS
I’ve been registered with the surgery for over 20 years and my experience of it has always been excellent - be that reception, the dispensary, the nurses or the doctors. When Anima was introduced I had doubts prior to using it - a concern about technology taking away personal contact I suppose. In fact, it’s actually improved my experience because I get a same day usually within 2-3 hours response which has always been constructive and helpful and has included arranging a phone call from or appointment with a doctor as necessary again quickly - the same or following day. I feel very fortunate that this is my local practice. Thank you.
I have been a patient at Fordingbridge Surgery for 17 years and in that time I have received excellent treatment, treated quickly even though the practice is an extremely busy one. Receptionists, nurses, pharmacy have always been patient, smiling, and efficient. Not forgetting the excellent doctors ! My particular personal Doctor has probably been the best I have encountered at various surgeries throughout my life.nnI count myself extremely fortunate to have such an efficient, friendly, and remarkable surgery.
