A great shop. A cricket bat is a big purchase, and we were grateful for the informed and helpful advice.
Visited on a Sunday afternoon and from the outside it looked like the shop was closed - but it wasn't, and it's much bigger than it looks from the street. The staff member was very helpful, and the price of the hat I bought was the same as online. The only weird thing was my purchase showed up on my credit card statement as "51ED48-A5" which confused me! Great place - just fix your credit card setup.
Great family business that gives genuine advice and really care. Have used them for years and the customer service has been exemplary. Have products to fit everyone’s budget and stock a variety of makes. Abid and his team also deserve great credit for what they do for cricket across a number of areas.
Excellent customer service I am so pleased with the person who guided me to buying the best equipment and told me about the prices. He was really patient and was really knowledgeable. I was able to learn so much. I was able to buy so much too. I will definitely come back to buy more.
Bought a cricket bat for my son. The service was amazing as Ishaan was very knowledgeable and patient. He asked my son to try a selection of bats and did a few drills with him to make sure he was comfortable with the one! Would recommend as the knowledge and service is great!
