Alan’s quote for refurbishing a bathroom and en-suite stood out in terms of quality and professionalism and when discussing the work to be done Allan offered suggestions to the proposed scheme which were both economically and aesthetically better than planned. The work was started on time and Alan’s first job every day was to lay down carpet protection and slip on his over-shoes which ensured dust and debris were not a problem throughout the work, quite an achievement considering it involved jobs such as removal of tiles, replacement of floor, plumbing, wiring, new ceiling lights, demolition and repositioning of party wall, plastering, etc. All work was carried out in a thoroughly professional manner and we were consulted at all times when problems arose – usually because of the fittings and fixtures we had supplied for Alan to fit, it was also pleasing to discuss progress at the end of every day and his plans for the next day. Alan finished the work as agreed, despite presenting him with several problems of our own making and we are more than satisfied with the results and indeed, friends and family who have viewed his work have all been more than impressed with the finished job.
