"Ford and W R Davies have been synonymous with each other in Mid-Wales for nearly a century. Today we operate 3 Ford dealerships in Llangefni, Llandudno Junction, and Rhyl. We’re the only Ford dealership group in North Wales and we also have a dedicated Transits Centre in Llangefni. We are a Welsh speaking dealership. It’s always been the W R Davies way to not pressurise customers and allow them to choose the right vehicle. Excellent service from Gary Kirkbride. Nothing too much trouble. I always deal with Gary as he knows my wife and I and what exactly suits our taste and budget. Thoroughly recommend buying from him.
The staff are polite and friendly. I found that there was no pressure to buy and it was more a case of what did I want rather than this is what we want to sell you - unlike some dealers. Everything in the buying process was made clear and transparent and I was offered a better price for my old vehicle than I could get selling online. Overall I was very happy with the transaction.

Excellent service from our first visit to collecting the car a week later. Charlie was an excellent salesman, polite, informative, replied to emails promptly, nothing was too much trouble for him. My three star review does not reflect the service I received from the salesman Gareth, he was exceptional and nothing was too much. However, the same cannot be said for the sales manager.
This is my second Motability car from WR Davies and I have been very happy with the service I have received. I have had no problems with any part of the process or throughout the three year lease. I would recommend them to anyone considering a new car.

Excellent service and a very helpful and friendly sales staff altogether a good experience from a long standing family firm which does not pressure you to make decisions that you are not happy with but does explain the many options that are available for your car purchase
