Took my phone in because of a cracked screen. The screen was replaced, but the light bleeds out of the side where the screen meets the side of the phone. The screen also flashes at the top of the screen. They explained that the screen will never fit as perfectly as it did when it came factory new, which is fair enough, though I'm sure they could have fitted it to the point where the light doesn't bleed out of the edges where it shouldn't. They noted that the screen does flash and they will cover it with the warranty, but the man I talked to about it was incredibly rude. I pointed out flashing at the top right of the screen, but the man was adamant that it wasn't flashing and even went as far as to suggest that I'm lying. Honestly, that is an absolute insult and frankly I think the job that has been done is very poor. He was also rude in general and he came across as someone with little patience for customers. I would not recommend this service to anybody. Find a better place than this.
