Authentic Italian pizza with super thin base and delicious toppings.
My girlfriend and I came across this Resturant as we were trying to find a romantic place to grab a quick bite. It's wonderful. I am a huge collector of vintage products and this restaurant has everything! The food is amazing and so is the atmosphere. Our waitress Liz was very friendly and beyond helpful. Highly recommend it!
We recently visited prior to attending a concert at the Leas Cliff Hall, although we didn't have a reservation the staff were helpful and friendly, waiting service was quick and served drinks quickly. The pizzas we had were well cooked and very tasty. The experience we had here was excellent and we would not hesitate to return when next in Folkestone.
The pizza was very good and prices were very reasonable. The atmosphere was great too! The coffee was gross though. It tastes like they have never cleaned their machine. They weren't even rinsing the basket in between coffees and it really looked like the barista didn't care at all.
Always great pizzas and even better value! Definitely up to their usual good standard. Service can be on the slow side occasionally but it's far better not to be in a rush here.
I do love this place. Very quirky little place. Normally I absolutely love going here but the last time I went I wasn't met with the best attitude. Me and my sister were made to feel like too much trouble because of our allergies. I'm hoping this was just a one off because someone was having a bad day.
Worse than frozen pizza, Should have know when we walked In this place wasn't very good, as the place was empty at 8pm on a Friday. The pizza was poor and stodgy and the mushrooms were so chewy they was hard to swallow ... Told the waiter the food was average.. I would advise you avoid follies...
We had a warm welcome as soon as we entered. The service was professional, friendly and cheerfull. Our order was promptly taken and delivered. The food was hot, tasty and well cooked. We all enjoyed our meals and our experience at Follies. Thank you
Hadn't been for about a year and went on the 'pizza for £6 night'. I don't know if the pizza's are normally that thin but they really were wafer thin. It tasted average and left there still feeling hungry.
I like a funky restaurant and this is a funky place. Menu fairly predictable, reasonably priced. Limited choice of drinks. Bit more effort and this place would be great. My pizza good, nice base, would have like my picante pizza to have a bit more heat.
