Have used these guys a few times. Great value and nice new, clean vehicles.
The two times that the van I had booked was unavailable, I was given a more expensive van, for the original price! Genuinely cannot fault them.

Initial impressions were good in booking but following drop off an unauthorised charge was made to the credit card with no attempt by the company to contact in advance of the charge (despite an assurance to do so) and attempts to follow up on this have been ignored. 

By way of update - (1 year on) I didn’t hear back from Folkestone Vehicle Rental and the matter was never resolved. My issue here isn’t the debate as to the cause/timing but rather the fact that a booking enquiry was responded to in hours, but questions regarding this issue were totally ignored.
