We cancelled our contract 3 years ago and they kept billing us for services they weren’t providing.nThey are now refusing to give us the money back.nI would recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
Gave instruction to cancel all services three years ago and they have just continued to take payments for services we don’t have. Our accounts didn’t spot this until now and they are refusing to return the money. Criminal behaviour with absolutely no remorse. Avoid like the plague.
With them for 3-4 years. A very bad experience. Have nothing good to say. Invoices almost always incorrect with random things sneaked in. Contracts filled with ‘gotchas’. Hidden exit fees. Account managers with no power to actually sort problems. The business seems only interested in sucking as much money as possible out customers as they can. We have left focus now for good thankfully but would not wish this company on anyone. Avoid!
A truly dreadful experience.nIncompetence at every turn, lie to customers, refuse to answer emails or follow up on complaint calls. I’ve seen a couple of questionable reviews here that seem to be based upon on small, short-term frustrations, so I felt it was important to provide a bit of balance, having been a customer of Focus for over 10 years.nnOur service from Focus has primarily centered around IT, and throughout that time, our main point of contact has been Laurence Glen. The support we've received has been exemplary - we've always been able to reach the right people during critical moments, and their responsiveness has consistently impressed us.nnFocus introduced us to their cloud solutions well ahead of the curve, with the aim of improving productivity. That proactive approach paid off for us tenfold when the coronavirus pandemic hit and we were already well-positioned to adapt. We're now embarking on our next stage of cloud evolution as we plan for the future, and the project continues to be well-managed.nnOur relationship with Focus has since expanded beyond IT to include elements of telecoms and energy. As we continue to grow our business, we fully expect to explore the wider range of services offered across their various divisions.nnIf you're a business looking to grow and want comprehensive support that allows you to concentrate on your core operations, I highly recommend working with Focus.
