We were a bit worried when we read the reviews after booking, but our experience was nothing but positive. After we'd booked in, we were led to a space across the road by a nice woman. I was pleased I got to park my own car. The minibus on the way got us there in good time. On our return we were collected by a larger bus, which was handy as there were more people, but there was plenty of room. The driver was really polite and helpful. Car exactly how we'd left it.
Ended up using Flying Scot as my work booked it. When departing, it took over 45 min from arriving at the car park to getting to Edinburgh airport as the bus waited until it was full before leaving. Then had to wait over 35 minutes for the bus to pick me up on return. Definitely wouldn’t use again
Staff are super rude. Guy didn’t even look up from his phone when we arrived and were waiting 20 minutes before we went to the airport. Was making snide remarks about having to move the minibus 10 yards forward to pick people up. Rude rude rude. When we got back had to wait 30 minutes to get picked up from airport and they had blocked my car in so had to mess about trying to find the keys to move it, taking another 20 minutes, not what you need at 1am. Forced me to go out and get the licence plate of the car rather than come get it themselves. Luckily they had them there or could have been a much bigger problem. Why they would park cars in front of others is beyond me. They’re cheap and I’ve used them a couple times but in future I’ll pay a bit more for another company and hopefully manage to get a less stressful experience as flying already has enough stress.
Took 50 mins to pick over a bus full of people up at the airport and wouldn't answer phone. The pre recording they had said if the phone doesn't answer the driver is driving so he cant pick up the phone but then the driver said its not him that takes the calls. Charged us extra for an L2 van that fits in a regular car space even though registration was taken at time of booking.
Got back after delayed flight in the middle of the night to find car park had lost my keys. After half an hour of hunting round with plenty of expletives heard they found keys. Then they couldn’t find my car so proceeded to walk all around the site hoping my car would blink when keys got close. Finally found it and had to move others which were blocking it in. Not what you need after a tiring flight.
