My 11 year old daughter was hungry and asked if we could grab her favourite of Sausage Chips and Curry sauce. Not knowing the area we were in google took us here. Very friendly clean and reasonably priced. My daughter stated that this was the best sausage and chips she had ever eaten and the curry sauce was to die for! I had to have a taste and she was 100% right. Next time we are in the area we will without doubt be going back for more. What a great find.
Katsu curry box, was delicious. Takes a bit longer, but worth the wait.

I have recently moved to the village and have found it a charming experience. I have found there are some great outlets in such a small place, however this is not one of them. Placed a medium sized order and took it home to find two of the pieces of fish that I had ordered and paid for were not included. Went back to complain that the order was not correct and was basically called a liar by two of the members of staff. Will not be frequenting this establishment again. Will be posting similar reviews of this business elsewhere. Not happy.
Can always recommend The Flying Fish. Great service, lovely food and generous portions. The staff are always friendly and go out of the way to ask how I am, never had an order that was wrong and have always enjoyed the food... So have my husband and son and they are picky when it comes to a good chippy!! I know that anytime I suggest going here for dinner if I don't fancy cooking... The answer will always be yes!!
The food is amazing, not just your average chippy. The chips are very good quality but the fish is sensational I cant explain how nice the battered fish is. If you're reading this you have to try it. I also had a grilled chicken and halloumi wrap which was very nice as well. If I lived local I'd go there regularly.
Great price... excellent portions... Staff very helpful. Will use again shame we didn't have a chippie as good near us in chepstow.
Has its up and downs with service. Too many locals wading in and ordering ahead of those queued patiently waiting so the rude folks get preferential treatment ahead of folks with manners. Food is ok.
My local chippy, they have a great selection of generic fish & chip shop food and wide variety of other fast food items. Very consistent and tasty and always a great customer experience.
