Booked a double appointment for my mother and myself, got early morning text to ask if I minded an earlier appointment as staff where off sick, although it meant messing my only day off work around I agreed. When I got there a very abrupt middle aged women told me she wasn't aware of it being a double appointment and only one of us could have the treatment done, the other could come back in an hour, more inconvenience, I agreed, a young girl then did her job and we left to wander round town for an hour, then the salon called and said as I was five minutes late for my appointment I couldn't have it. We will never go there again so rude and unprofessional, there are so many salons out there today with friendly lovely professionals, really wouldn't waste your money here.

Wasn't happy with nails redone at no cost. Perfect.quiet salon with not much atmosphere

Hard to get an appointment for little things sometimes,but the offers they do are worth their weight in gold! Look for midweek specials.
