Hi, I was trying to send you an email but didn’t find it. I am coming to your restaurant for the last 5-7 years...always great ! But yesterday me and my collègue took the salmon and scrambled eggs around 8.00-9.00am and we didn’t feel right during the flight , both of us . You should double check the quality of this particular stock if you can Otherwise I will come back for sure .
Scrambled eggs and toast costs €8.95, which is way overpriced. The eggs are pale and watery and the bread is out of a supermarket loaf. The cost of these ingredients must be less than €1. If they used free range eggs the poor hens would have a better life, and their eggs would taste better. And buying better quality bread would help too.
Dreadful experience at Flutes. Have used many times before .... okay food and high prices. This time i’m Travelling on my own. Found a seat and waited at the bar for someone to serve me or even acknowledge my presence . One girl at the till and the other “faffing”. Nether of them made any eye contact. I asked the younger girl if she was going to serve me and was told that she is “busy”. The older presumably the manager said I need to walk around to the other side of the counter to be served. I replied that I didn’t want to leave my bags unattended. She suggested that I take them with me. I said what if I lose my seat and her reply was you can sit at the bar. Such appalling service that it’s laughable! I asked her was she going to serve me from my side of then counter and she replied that she “is not my slave” - haha totally unacceptable customer service in a highly desirable retail location. Chocolate Lounge, way better
Come on ‘Flutes’ you can do better than that. €18 for two bits of white bread, mayonnaise drenched supposedly smoked trout, a bit of smoked salmon and 6 prawns. Really bad value. We have quality produce in Ireland, use it!!!
Nice relaxing way to start your holiday.
We got only coffee here, but you can get salads and some light home made snacks. Coffee very good quality..
clean and modern airport. As expected from a tech city like Dublin. Could get better seat for people who nap or wait long time
Better than the other junk food at Dublin airport but still well below average
