We cued for about 20 minutes, people in the cue just walking in and sitting down and staff didn't stop them, we had to wait 10 minutes to get served. We waited for 10 minutes for our food which was lukewarm. I know it's a busy place but they need to have someone at front of house to keep it more organized.

Great choice of fizz to suit all budgets. A lovely selection of food too. If it is busy there can often be a wait as there is not always enough staff on.

The staff were really great. Good sense of humour and good chat. Swift and efficient. Really nice to my teenage daughter.

Lovely as always, this is our must go to place whenever we travel through edinburgh airport, can be very busy though but as long as u have plenty time its ideal

Main attraction is the seating which is the most comfortable in the main departure area. The bar is nothing special, quite expensive, a reasonable range of wines and service on the edge of abrupt. Glasses are large only 175ml, so beware.

Piss poor . Don't go there. Foods good but the staff would have more fun in a morge

Really nice. But took way too long to get served, it wasn't even that busy.
