So I bought flowers from Flowerworks in Ballymena for our anniversary on Tuesday. I've used them before and never had any problems. They have always been of good quality. I have a picture of the heads discoloured and drooping completely over that was taken on on Saturday (4 days later). So I complained. I didn't until tuesday morning. I did explain that I had looked after them properly in a cool room in the shade and that I had this photograph from Saturday as proof. Their customer service was poor. No apology for the flowers and hiding behind it being almost a week since I got them, I explained why I couldn't bring them in but too bad. They accused me of trying to con them for a new bunch as another person had got theirs and hadn't complained. So now I will not order anything from them ever again.
