Always beautiful quality flowers from flowervision! Any little issues are always rectified immediately, however i must stress they dont happen very often if ever.nLovely friendly staff too x
Fantastic quality flowers available 6 days a week. Easy to pre-order and get the stock you need. The staff are great and really helpful. Can always rely on Flowervision to provide the flowers for all my events and now with an even bigger stock of Sundries, it's fun to browse their warehouse!
I have been dealing with FV B'ham since they first opened and have a delivery everyday from them, their system is brilliant and website so easy to use. All the staff are really friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. All my deliveries are usually here before we start work unless there is transport delays. On the whole a company of quality and consistency. Keep up the good work its great to see a family business thriving.
Quite annoying!!!! Delivery driver has to drive past our property to get to the florists behind. The drive is plenty wide enough to take his van but quite often the driver manages to drive over our rockery bordering the drive today was no exception infact he drove over it moved the rocks and ripped daffodil bulbs out got out of his van threw the rocks back any old how and drove off Totally disgusted for so much lack of respect if he can’t drive up the driveway without causing damage he should not be driving God help other road users he comes into contact with
I’ve traded with Flowervision for a number of years and are now my main supplier because of quality, customer care nothing is too much, they listen to our ever changing needs in our industry and supply !
