Got a bouquet for parents diamond wedding anniversary, flowers were lovely, however the roses were all discoloured the following morning, i advised shop and with a few hours a replacement bouquet was delivered, service was excellent. Always had beautiful arrangements from Flowers of Scotland.
Ordered flowers through interflora for my wife and myselves anniversary very poor quality flowers of which they were few would not recommend. Sent photo to interflora same day and got a reply saying not the quality they expected and gave me a full refund
I ordered a dozen roses for my wife - £57. Delivered on Friday, all 12 of the flowers were dead on the Sunday. I contacted both Flowers of Scotland and Interflora, and didn’t even receive a response. Terrible flowers, and customer service to match. Never again.
I ordered flowers via the Interflora website for my 86 year old Mum who has just had a hip replacement. I live in North Yorkshire, so am not familiar with florists local to Mum. I was amazed to get a message from Mum about an hour after I clicked the 'pay now ' button thanking me for the beautiful flowers, delivered by Flowers of Scotland. Excellent service and I shall use Flowers of Scotland again.

A lovely shop in my town of Lanark who offer a high quality, bespoke service which has exceeded my needs on more than one occasion. Both in making home deliveries with a personal touch to loved ones for occasions such as birthdays and mothers day. To sadder times such as funerals. I genuinely wouldn't go anywhere else for flowers now. Friendly, welcoming and warm staff every time I've been in the shop and a professional service at reasonable rates. Ran by a local family who care for the community and offer that individual service that's abundently missing from larger companies. Highly recommended. 5 STARS.
