Despite assuring me that they could deliver Valentine's flowers to my wife in the centre of Kendal (a five minute walk from their premises), and charging £5 delivery, this florist failed to hit the 4 hour window they were given. The excuse of being "very busy" because it was Valentines day should not really be a valid argument from a florist that has taken the money and the order. Their one saving grace was they fessed up and have promised a refund.

I've always found the team very helpful and the flowers I've ordered over the phone have been fresh and beautifully arranged. Efficient service. Not giving 5 stars for any other reason than no-one is perfect!

Unprofessional is an understatement. I have never written a review however having dealt with this florist I have never experienced such an abrupt, unhelpful & quint essentially obnoxious owner. I was let down two weeks prior to my wedding after the owner re-arranged appointments twice. Additionally, I was told when I asked for a 'mock bouquet' so I could get an idea of the presentation (two times may I add) the owner stated she didn't have them in stock but i should look their catalogue to order them! Bearing in mind I came into the shop asking for a mock presentation (two times prior & the flowers I asked for were x7 sunflowers = cheap). She then proceeded to say that I should look at other florists because I looked upset and if she made another mistake it would mean that I would "tell her off". Feeling shocked, upset and let down I said that I would not be be going ahead with my order. I would like to say that her employees made that business, not the owner. Dreadful

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Clare and her team at Flowers By Arrangement for making our wedding day so special with their beautiful flower arrangements. Fantastic service, and will highly recommend to anyone looking for wedding flowers.
