Really lovely, clean rooms. Nice bathrooms. Proper coffee machine in the room big tick, comfy bed. We didn't eat but the menu looked good and reasonably priced. Nice merlot! I wish we were there for more than a few hours.Rooms: 5/5
Dinner tonight with family and friends was disappointing to say the least. Food was extremely slow in arriving with some well finished before others had started. The food itself failed to meet acceptable standards with burnt chips and burger buns. The service was friendly but the kitchen was clearly understaffed. On a positive note the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. Nice place for a pint, but eat elsewhere.
We stayed at the Flower Pot on two separate occasions and would highly recommend it for reasonably priced, clean comfortable accommodation. The included breakfast is a standout. Sunbury station and the train into London is 3 stops away by bus. The bar meals are above average and the the staff are all very welcoming.
The Staff are very welcoming and friendly the breakfast was lovely. I missed out on trying the dinner but the menu sounded nice. Stayed overnight and the Room was clean the bed was super comfyRooms: 4/5
Dined here with a group of 9 on 19th November and wanted to pass on kind words to the girls who served us all night, you did a great job particularly with the large, very loud disrespectful people on the table next to us disturbing the whole place. Food was great, you kept the drinks flowing and we were very grateful. Appreciated the apology for the loudness of the other group but wasn't your issue. Thanks to all.
We stayed at the pub for one night in mid October. We had dinner on the night we stayed and the staff were very helpful and food delicious albeit a bit overpriced. we stayed in room 7 on the top floor which was cute and the bed extremely comfy, however, due to the single glazed windows and creeky floorboards we could hear every movement on our floor and the floor below we had a terrible nights sleep which was a shame. The bathroom in room 7, is in desperate need of attention. The smell of damp crept into the whole room and the shower itself unclean with mould etc and don’t get me started on the state of the toilet brush !! A load of bleach and a working extractor fan would do the trick! The complementary breakfast the following day was again delicious and staff super friendly. Overall, food and staff great but the room needs some love.
Charming hotel with very comfy rooms and amazing food. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s located very close to London but in more quiet areas. Can’t wait to get back!Rooms: 5/5
Really welcoming, amazing room under the eaves! Very comfortable bed and amazing choices for breakfast.Rooms: 5/5
Clean hotel and great breakfast. Room are ok but could do with a bit of maintenance. Good bar with large selection of drinks and real ales. Helpful staff.Rooms: 3/5
Slightly alarmed to see that the ceiling sank inwards in the room we stayed in . The floors were also VERY squeaky and there was a big hole in the carpet. Because we had such a bad night’s sleep from the noise outside and squeaky floorboards, we decided to leave a day early and stay in a Premier Inn instead. The place is not cheap, but we felt it was better to lose the money and go somewhere else. The manager didn’t allow us any sort of refund. The food in the restaurant was delicious. And there were some nice touches like soft sheets and a nespresso machine. But I wouldn’t spend the night here again.
