Lovely and cozynBreakfast, coffee and cake.nPoached eggs on toast with a sprinkle of rock salt accompanied by a flat white.nCouldn’t resist the cake cabinet so opted for a carrot & walnut cake and a latte.

I wanted to visit here because I thought it was a bakery with café. They hadn't got any bread for sale and didn't know when the next delivery was. As cafés go it was a good atmosphere and very busy. My southern fried chicken was ok but neither fried nor southern. The service was stretched and waiting time too long.

I really wanted to like this place, but it’s a huge disappointment. The atmosphere is bland and uninviting. nothing about the space makes you want to stay. The food is mediocre being generous, this is literally just the only bakery and coffee place in the area. not to mention the flies on the pastries, so don’t order anything in the bakery case!nnWhat really ruined the experience was how the staff are treated. I witnessed the management openly yelling at employees in front of customers, which was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. It says a lot about a business when they can’t even respect their own team.nnI won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend supporting a place that treats people like this and also has a fly problem.

Two sandwiches and two coffees to take away came to £23, I wouldn't mind but the quality was so poor. The sandwiches were greasy and flavourless and the coffee looked and tasted like ditch water.

The breakfast here is special.Proper butchers produce, no greasy spoon and tastes amazing.Maybe a little pricey but you pay for what you get.The toast is lovely too as it’s homemade.
