Horrible service! They say can return within 30 days of receiving. I emailed right away when I knew I didn’t like the 3 pairs of shorts I ordered. They didn’t respond, so I emailed again a week later. They finally responded and said they were sorry the shorts didn’t fit, but that they are their Best Seller! And I should try them again. I emailed and explained the the denim material is too thick and the silky one is cheap. Now their response is that it takes to long to ship back internationally and might get lost, so would I like a $5 credit and 10% off my next purchase. Hell no, I will never buy from them again! Lesson learned, shop local!
Delivery Driver perspectivenZero stars for zero fks given came early for 0700 delivery. 4hr in not even half way done. Usles lazy
Once again let down with delivery!!! Promised faithfully materials would be delivered today only to find out when chased at 3.00pm someone at Thatcham had changed the delivery to Monday - with no acknowledgement to us! Considering they no longer deliver in our area on Monday seems all the more confusing. Had to send our own driver out to collect as materials are being laid TONIGHT!
Rang to ask if they have some retired vinyl tiles stock left, been told they wont help me as i dont have an account with them and dropped the phone on me. The first Polyflor distributor out of about 30 that i rang that refused to help. Very poor customer service.
Bought a carpet from Carpet World which has proved not fit for purpose. They contacted Florco who have shown no interest. So much for their logo “service you expect” Really?
