Excellent service from start to finish. I called Flood Assist as I was struggling to get my holiday let reasonable flood insurance cover. Liz was great - she explained everything in detail and helped me come up with a plan of action to get good cover. I would highly recommend the Flood Assist team

Highly recommended - I have a very unusual and challenging historic home, and Liz spent hours over several weeks dealing with several aspects of it such as a rebuild valuation to get me specialist insurance. She even got it onto the Flood Re scheme, which for a building that was unoccupied for over a century is extremely unusual! Overall I'm very pleased.

This is a very helpful and super professional organisation and I highly recommend them. I called them after receiving a renewal from my previous insurance company almost £200 higher than the previous year. There was no pressure to buy, just honest and clear information from the broker whose name was Liz. It's so good to know that some companies still pride themselves on providing a good service.

I had trouble finding insurance for a property that had a historical flood-related issue, along with other complications. A number of insurers led me to believe that the issues were insurmountable. Flood Assist made the process of finding insurance easy. They were a pleasure to deal with, were very responsive and resolved the problem within a couple of hours, putting my mind totally at ease. The premium was very reasonable too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Big thumbs up for great service, thank you!

I cannot praise this company enough. They were instrumental in securing insurance for my elderly parents even though it was of no financial benefit to themselves. They were kind and caring , compassionate, prompt and professional. So different in approach to the other companies that I spoke to regarding the difficult position that my parents found themselves in. Thank you so much, Flood Assist. A truly ethical company.

Highly recommended and extremely competative on price but best of all excellent customer service, Liz and her team have done a fantastic job over the last 12 months, nothing has been too much trouble, I have just taken out another 12 month policy with complete peace of mind that my home is covered and that Liz and her team are only a phone call away should they be needed as live in a high risk area, well done Flood Assist.
