They don't seem to ever answer the phone. It's quite expensive. Over two weeks so far to have alterations to some trousers. I've used them a few times before and it's usually ok. Staff are lovely though. Updated: finally got my trousers back. Considering it cost £19 to alter, they should look immaculate. I won't be coming here again

We are here for two years with my wife’s work and as such she has specific uniform needs and I require suits to be kept clean after official functions that we attend for her work - I found these guys to be very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly - quick… Would highly recommend this specific store for all uniform and suit dry cleaning…Services: Special care fabric cleaning
I was due to pick up a parcel from here not my decision, the courier company dropped it off without asking me. I arrived at about 8.27am, I could see a woman inside and the lights were on but as it wasn't quite 8.30am I waited in my car, at 8.29am the woman put her mask on and left the shop locking the door behind her. She then visited Tesco's across the road and didn't return until 8.50, she came back with two bags of shopping. While she was shopping I watched numerous customers attempt to acess the shop including a mum with two small children, one in school uniform and a massive duvet. When I finally was able to enter the shop, she claimed to have no knowledge of my parcel, despite me pointing it out to her as I could see it on the floor, finally I convinced her to check that one and she grudgingly handed it over. This was the first time I have had cause to go into this shop and it will be the last.
Should have had a DPD drop off today and website states it is still a drop off site. My parcel was refused by the shop and I been told by they no longer a DPD drop off. Need to update their details
Super friendly staff. I cannot though give praise for their work on curtains. I recently provided three sets of curtains for shortening. Upon receiving the curtains and installing them, I notice they are all different sizes. My Lounge curtains which were requested to be 210cm look ridiculous with one being 180cm and the other 185cm. I went into the store today and the lady's only response was "maybe we can reduce the hem to increase the length". Well.....How are we are going to get two inches of material from a 15mm hem?. No other offer. Possibly a great store for dry cleaning. Leave the curtains to a professional or my blind mother. The curtains are now going in the bin - what a waste of money.
Nice staff, but considering the fact that it is a dry cleaning service...i find it highly frustrated to be refused a service on the basis that the dress will be too complex to iron being a pleated dress Asuming you are suggesting to either wear it all creased up ...or go to a more professional place who is willing to offer this service to their customer. And to think that I am actually paying for a priority service here ..never again.
