My daughter and I have been here a few times just to use the trampolines and loved it! So when booking her birthday party, I didn’t even read the reviews and I am SO glad I didn’t!!nnI can’t believe the reviews are so bad ! Wow. Everything was amazing from start to finish.nnWe were a little late , party of 10 kids, but they added extra time free of charge so the kids could play for the full time. The extra activity with a prize was just amazing the kids loved it ! Extra activity was the obstacle course that the children got to time-race on and whoever completed the fastest won a small prize, the obstacle was closed but they opened and closed it just for our party; we felt very special! nnHonestly, the party room was perfect I just regret not booking the Magical forest room which looks stunning and was available! I didn’t do my research sadly, it would’ve been the best room for my daughter’s party.nnBut the room provided was very clean, obviously you have to provide your own decorations of course. But the party food they provided was more than I expected!nnLoadsss of yummy chicken nuggets - gorgeous , hot and crispy, loads of crisps, we got 3 jugs of juice on arrival, slush for each child, MORE juice, doughnuts, ice cream, 2 FULL platters of sweets. It was PERCECT. Our host was Veronica and she was AMAZING. Not moody at all ! I brought my own knife, lighter and cake wrap but Veronica lit the candle, cut and packed the cake for me!! The chicken nuggets were shockingly amazing, I had to ask where they buy them from, never had chicken nuggets that taste so good! They were not your usual chicken nuggets.nnIf you think the food isn’t enough there is a cafe on site that adults can buy their own food from, you could even buy a portion chips and share it out between the kids if they’re still hungry which I doubt they will be but remember we were only 10, not sure if they provide bigger portions for bigger parties, please double check .nnNot sure what the other reviews are talking about, but the staff were amazing with us. I am so so so glad I didn’t read the reviews because for sure I would have booked somewhere else.nnMoney wasn’t the issue, it was the children’s experience that mattered for me. I had saved all year and had a good budget that I did not want to waste. Flip out Manchester eastlands near city stadium did not disappoint at all. It was way below my budget and they delivered exceedingly.nnI am SO happy and grateful. Thank you so much and we will definitely book the magical forest room next time.nnOnly thing I will say is definitely upgrade the party rooms. We booked the music room and it did not look like a children’s themed room tbh. Would have preferred coloured music notes on the wall, a little Bluetooth speaker maybe to play music since it’s the music room, some more themed decor to make it obvious that it is a children’s music theme room. The music theme didn’t make sense at all.nnBut I am not disappointed with Flip Out , I am more than happy and satisfied with their service. Thank You so much Veronica. An amazing staff member and I hope she gets treated well whilst working with flip out. She goes above and beyond for people.nnThank you flip out for everything , my daughter’s 8th birthday party was perfect and the price was extremely reasonable.nnBefore I settled on flip out, I was considering booking another place for a party of -n10 kids , we would have got a lot less anddd it would have cost £450+
Fantastic location for the kids with lots of stuff to keep them entertained for hours. Lots of trampolines, slides and climbing to do. Our daughter had a fantastic time and for the price it’s well worth it, she didn’t want to leave. Was very busy when we went but if you check in online and sign the waiver online going through the reception was seamless and easy process. Good selection of food and drinks also with a separate quieter cafe if you want to get away from the main arena. Good location and easy to get to with lots of parking. Really good venue and we will be back
It’s a good place for kids to have fun, however the staff should care more about cleaning the area where parents are waiting or observing their children.
Overpriced and filthy. Alot of of the equipment was in disrepair and there was rubbish everywhere. Very disappointed for travelling the distance, wasting the money and feeling uncomfortable the short time we stayed.
Wouldn’t want to give a 1, but i can’t review with a 0.nPaid over £60 for 3 adults & 2 children for 1 hour and didn’t get the full hour.nTook us 30 minutes to get in as only one staff member working a massive queue.nEverywhere was very dirty, falling apart and half the attractions were not on.nKids got very bored with the lack of activities which are advertised and not on.nThe cafe area was disgusting? Refused to allow the kids to eat. Several customers was asking for the staff to clean the tables but they just ignored her. Very short staffed, the staff they did have staff didn’t want to be there.nnWe had to pay £4 for a locker which I think it’s very steep!nnKids running riot and knocking over the little children, smaller kids unable to play and have fun.nnI wouldn’t recommend this place
