Ordered Ipanema flip flops in black with pink name branding " Ipanema" on the side of the flip flop in a size 5. Order arrived really promptly, infact within 2 days, even though I didn't pay extra for faster delivery. They are really comfortable BUT I am so disappointed with the pink name branding, I have an other pair of Ipanema flip flops and the name branding is really classy, these however, look like a pink blob that has been stuck on! If I had realised this I would not have ordered them but I feel that the postage costs make it not worth returning them. Feeling upset
Order placed, but then immediately realised I’d made a mistake - these were a gift, but I left the delivery address as my own. I emailed Flip Flop Shop with my order number at 7.30am to ask if they can help and, before 08.30am same day - less than an hour - I received emailed confirmation that my order had been corrected with the right delivery name and address. Amazing service - an error that was entirely my fault was fixed almost immediately without fuss. My sincere thanks to Ant for solving this matter so quickly :
