If I could put a ZERO star down I would.  Wasted my time and didn't even have the courtesy to let me know that they couldn't insure me.  Left it until the last minute and would not even answer my calls.  RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE....NEVER WILL USE - EVER!!!

Just tried to cancel my insurance for my scrapped van and was told it would cost me £80 in admin fees! plus....plus.....plus. wanted over £140 just to cancel it. Been with Flint for in excess of 30 years had several problems but lived with it because it was easier. Will not be using Flint for my future renewals.

Have my Home Insurance through Flint, and was advised about a cheaper quote for my renewal through them, via a different underwriter. Made it simple and easy for me to update my quote for extra cover at the point of renewals as well. Was also the cheapest quote I had, with the same cover. 
Very helpful service! Would highly recommend.

Recently purchased both fleet & business insurance from Flint Insurance. In addition to saving money, they also visited my office to ensure my business was fully covered. Very impressed & would have no hesitation in recommending this business, to any motorist, home or business owner.
