Over the last 6 months I have had dealings with four different departments at Flints. On each occasion I had an excellent experience. I met each solicitor in person; they were approachable, diligent and explained everything in a language I could understand.

I run my own commercial estate agency, M&P Property Consultants.  Flint Bishop acting on behalf of  Next Energy have decided to place an unpaid energy bill in the name of my firm as opposed to a tenant / landlord of a retail unit within a shopping centre who is responsible for the property.  We have repeatedly advised this debt isn't ours, we are neither the landlord nor the previous tenant. They have been advised of this on numerous occasions, yet continue to chase/threaten my firm with legal action, threatening to affect the credit rating of my firm. Extremely unprofessional, they need to be sure of their facts before they send out letters to innocent parties.

I have used flint bishop in 2019 and 2021-2023 for representation regarding a child’s matter. Nanita has been amazing from start to finish, she has kept me informed every step of the way and advised me in “simple terms” let’s be honest when going to court none of us really know what to say or do and this can be the scariest time of your life. I felt reassured by her and confident with her work, I can never thank her enough for helping keep my family safe. She has a heart of gold and is a credit to this company. Xx

We have used Flint Bishop for years. We have always received a excellent service from them. They always over deliver and under promise. We purchased a new house and Connor Walker was absolutely amazing.  He was really professional and would go to great lengths to make sure everything went well. Connor Walker was absolutely brilliant through the whole process. His patience and professionalism throughout made the sale and purchase of our property as simple as possible. I will 100% be using Flint Bishop and hopefully Connor again if we move house again.

I would give 0 if that was possible. Very rude on the phone. Sending letters with wrong business name and incorrect postcode for payment which I made over month ago directly to their client. Also expecting me to send confirmation of the payment where there are all my personal details. It is your responsibility to go back to your client to get this confirmation especially that I have provided all information over the phone. This is including day and time of payment ammount and payment referenc number. However girl on the phone would not listen and just hang up on me. Avoid them at any cost and make payments directly to their clients let them go out of business for lack of professionalism.
