This store is perfectly located between Farringdon and Barbican stations. The staff are brilliant and have a world of knowledge between them. They specialise in both Leisure and Business Travel. i booked a holiday to iceland via flightcenter... it was a package holliday and included flights, transfers, & hotel. flights - fine hotel - see note 1 transfers - see note 2 note 1- we showed up at 1am on a saturday to be told that she booked the incorrect date, that she booked the hotel for the month i actually went in to book it. was told we had to leave the next day (luckily i called 100 emergency numbers and sorted it out (flight center were uncontactable as it was a weekend)... Upon return, i was rudely told that i was dwelling on the situation and that they paid for the mix up and thats final... never mind the fact i had my girlfriend crying that the holiday was ruined ... that the hotel said we have to leave and that we may have to pay a LOT extra and so we couldnt enjoy the holiday for fear of not being able to pay the hotel at the end! note 2- transfer driver from airport to hotel had no english, we tried to ask about the return pick up time etc as FLIGHT CENTER said arrange it with the first transfer... not possible... i called them up, they said its sorted... and they'd contact the hotel and arrange it. got to the night we leave, and no transfer had been booked, we had to get our OWN way to the airport - nearly missed our flight.... when spoke to the flight center they replied - we contacted the hotel its their fault... compensation? no! take it up with the hotel! WHAT? i booked it all through flight center..and I have to contact the hotel lol... got £50 back for the transfers i paid for but didnt receive....nothing more... not even a sorry... all i got was a rude manager telling me that £50 of my next holiday with them was them being extremely lenient and that it was all my own fault! to keep it short *DONT BOOK WITH THEM- THE MANAGER IS THE MOST RUDEST WOMAN IVE EVER MET. SHE MADE MISTAKE AFTER MISTAKE AND BLAMED ME FOR IT...*
