Amazing customer service and transparent/honest staff. Ahmad was outstanding in communicating everything i needed to know thoroughly with an honest and positive attitude and his recommendations were stellar. His colleagues were eager to help and worked together like a great team. Easy, smooth and swift experience to purchase my lovely BMW, many thanks to the guys at Flexy.
Updated review: I have raised a dispute through the AA as they are an approved dealer. I initially complained that the AC was broken, and as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the dealer was meant to fix it, but they were refusing. While the dealer was playing games, claiming no decision makers were able to reply to the AA for a month, I found that my car had a completely falsified service history. Not only that, I went on to find out that it had major engine trouble, and because it was never serviced, it was not covered by BMWs warranty. In addition, the odometer readings look like they have been tampered with and the MOT was certainly falsified too. They refused to acknowledge this when informed by the AA. The mediation via the AA is now closed, and I am having to take this trader to court because of their criminality. I would urge anyone who has brought a car from these people to return it immediately. I am not talking rubbish, I have proof in my photos, have a look at them. All these negative reviews exist for a reason, no matter how good their offers look, these cars have serious issues. If you see positive reviews, this is because they are pressuring people to leave positive reviews across multiple platforms while they are closing the sale. They did the same to me, offering me a discount for leaving a positive review. If there are any positive reviews from me on other platforms, this is why. This violates the terms of use for all those platforms. Immediately on purchasing the car I had to replace the wiper. Within 800 miles of the MOT being carried out by Flexy, all brakes needed to be replaced. Within 2000 miles of the MOT, all four tyres needed replacing. This is why I think the MOT was falsified. The AC compressor is not working. When I reported this, I was told it was not covered by the "extended warranty". When I learnt about my rights under the consumer rights act 2015, I went back to them. They said they had no record of my reporting this, and it was therefore not covered. See attached photos to see if this was reported properly. The front axel and rear axel had different sized across the same axel. This is illegal to the best of my knowledge. I have attached photos about this. They were meant to get a cap for the driver's door. They did not fit this by the time I picked up the car. After collecting, upon calling Farook, he fobbed me off saying the person who deals with this is not here, call back Tuesday. 7 months after purchase, I do not have this, despite being given it in writing. Flexy had the audacity to claim it was already on the car when I picked it up. I have attached the photo showing the deposit receipt and Farook's handwriting confirm that he would be sorting this out. If they cannot do something so simple, you have to question what it is they can do. As other reviews clearly state, Farook took ages to process the documents for the V5. Flexy claims any delays were due to "external agencies". I checked with the DVLA during the period in which we were waiting for the V5. They said no application had been received. As it's all done electronically, when my father chased Farook up, it came within a week.
Usually I don't give 5 stars but they really deserve it.. Such a good experience!!!! I'm always suspicious about people that selling cars but I have to admit that this is been by far the best experience by far: 1 I email them, the lady has been extremely helpful and polite. 2 They call me and we arranged a view. When I arrived they have been very good also they  answered at all my questions and concerns... 3 they finally find the best solution for me... very professional from the email to the keys hand over. absolutely reccomend them. Also they have a very good prices!!!! It is worth it.
Flexy cars provided me with an amazing experience as a first time buyer. I was booked in with ease and when I arrived staff was very friendly and showed me the car. Farook made the process very easy and handled the paperwork with ease. All my questions were answered to a high standard. To add on I am very happy with flexy cars I will definitely be coming back.
Avoid Flexy Cars – Terrible Customer Service and Dishonest Dealings I highly advise anyone considering buying from Flexy Cars to think twice. My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. When I first approached Flexy Cars, they were friendly and professional. However, once the sale was completed, everything changed. I purchased a car from them, which they assured me was in perfect condition. After receiving the vehicle, it became clear that they had sold it under false pretenses: 1. Undisclosed Collision Damage: Shortly after the car was delivered, a collision sensor alert went off. When I contacted them about it, they downplayed the issue, saying it was caused by loading the car onto the delivery truck. However, a mechanic’s inspection revealed significant issues that had clearly been there before I received the car. 2. False Advertisement of Road Tax:The vehicle was advertised with an annual road tax of £190, but in reality, it’s £630 – more than three times the amount they claimed. 3. Multiple Mechanical Faults: The car had numerous mechanical problems, including faults with the transmission, antilock brakes, and several control modules. These issues were not disclosed to me before the sale. After trying to return the car under the 14-day return policy, Flexy Cars became incredibly rude and dismissive. They have refused to take the car back and issue a refund, ignoring my calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails. Their customer service, which was great before the sale, vanished completely once they had my money. I’ve had to escalate the issue by filing complaints with Citizens Advice, Trading Standards, and my finance company. This is not how any business should treat its customers, especially when dealing with high-value purchases like a car. Do yourself a favour and avoid Flexy Cars at all costs. Their lack of honesty, transparency, and customer care after the sale is appalling. Once they’ve made the sale, they don’t care about you or the problems with the car they sold you.
Flexible Cars. We'll what can I say. So my sons brought his first from these guys. They are superb. Very helpful, honest and reliable. They have a wide variety of cars to choose from. So if you are on the look for a car, give these guys a call. They will not disappoint you.

The worst service you can ever imagine!! Never dealt with such inexperienced, unprofessional and untrustworthy dealers in my life! Not only were they trying to rob us from the deposit money but the level of service was appalling! They tried to trick us into entering an agreement, which would have only benefited them, there was no one around when viewing the car, was given the car keys but left to figure out by ourselves car spec, quality of drive etc. A great salesmen will ensure great customer experience and satisfaction, there was none of that at flexy cars. Very very happy in our decision to not to buy from them!!
I had a great experience with Flexy Cars Ltd. Ahmed and Farook were great. Helped me understand what were the pros and cons. Helped me decide and compare the options available. Were patient and very attentive. Great engagement. Great customer service. Would encourage all persons to give them a try.
Absolutely stunning service. The team here are exceptional and would highly recommend. I purchased a toyota yaris from them and after going to multiple places nothing compared to flexy cars. I am AMAZED by the team here!!!!
