I used Flexible Storage for nearly two decades, to store a classic vehicle. The unit remained dry and in good condition, the customer service was always excellent, and the location was convenient. Although we have now parted ways, as I no longer need the storage, I would recommend them to anyone seeking a storage solution.

We have been using Flexible storage for a number of years and have been extremely pleased with their service offering and the condition of the containers and the site itself. Dave and the team are always super helpful when I have any questions or requests.

Every member of staff I’ve spoken to at Flexible Storage Solutions has been amazing! Their prices are great and customer service is fantastic. Special mention to Rachael, their Office Manager, her customer service skills, personality and professionalism are a credit to their business. I‘d 100% recommended using them

I stored my sons belongings with Flexible Storage Solutions for about 3 years and in all that time all the staff have been tremendous! My storage was shared which meant having to arrange a date/time if I needed access. Nothing was to much trouble for them and I often arrived to find a ladder in place and keys at the ready. The value for money is outstanding! Am sure they are the best for value and service! Highly recommended.

A great team formed from great people. Was very worried of all the things I though could go wrong, could not be farther from the truth. Getting stuff in and taking them out went super smoothly. The team was very supportive and went the extra mile. There was hardly any dust on my items after about 9 months of storage. Amazing prices. If I ever need to store items again, this is where I will go :-

I can’t post my review till I give 1 star now, so annoying as they don’t deserve any. I left great review before because it was a great service up until now and final invoice was paid, and we rushed to empty out as told by their staff if we empty end of the month we don’t have to pay another month but then once we emptied early so we don’t get charged for another month and gave a fantastic review they came up with another invoice referring notice was up to 1 month cancellation period. I had to pay again when I have proof of email confirmation for my final invoice was paid they didn’t even acknowledge their confirmation.  I had to make my point but then decide to give up as I didn’t want to argue so much and paid £84.68 for 13 days of non use of storage. Please if you use their service make things clear have everything in writing so you can dispute which I can also do but I simply don’t have time to waste. I will not recommend their service nor use them ever again.Mr & Mrs Hasani

Have been with flexible storage for many years.  They have been accommodating, and  absolutely professional at all time.  Price cannot be matched in the area, access to secured unit 24 hours and would certainly used them again.  Great job

Despite the unwillingness of their client to initially release my client's belongings to me the transporter, the manager at Flexible storage was helpful, influential and professional to the point that my client's concerns about receiving her belongings were eventually unfounded.  Without his advice and willingness to emphasise the urgency of our requirements, I sincerely believe I'd have had to leave without my client's belongings which would have been huge disappointing given they were scheduled to be delivered next day.  Overall a friendly and professional team who went the extra mile.. thank you.
