Catherine and Anna have been so helpful since I seriously sprained my ankle 10 months ago. The sessions with Catherine got me back to normal life pretty quickly and then very recently Anna gave some invaluable help to enable me to complete a walking marathon. Her advice was spot on and her support was really cheering and motivating. Thanks both for everything.
Flex practice were easy to contact and very helpful in arranging my appointments. Catherine Hooper was diagnosed my issue and was excellent at giving me some relevant exercises to alleviate my symptoms. I would definitely recommend Flex and particularly Catherine.
Anna at Flex Physio has really helped me physically but she’s also been fantastic at helping me to understand my condition and motivate me to do the exercises which are aiding my recovery. Anna really listens and takes the time to understand and then treat appropriately - I highly recommend her!

I found Tom’s advice very clear and easy to understand. I appreciated the anatomical information given as well- it helped me understand where these issues were coming from. Performing a set of simple exercises have alleviated many of my symptoms.
I went to see Catherine at Flex Physio, Milton Park with a shoulder and ankle injury. She was incredibly thorough with her assessment and treatment. She communicated with my personal trainer, to ensure that my recovery was enhanced. Flex Physio at the Park Club, is really easy to access and ample parking on site. I would highly recommend them.
I went to see Catherine for my twisted ankle and I found her to be very professional and friendly. I was back to running in no time - I found the exercises very helpful and it was nice to see the progress.
Knee problems threatened the continuation of running as my preferred form of exercise. After sessions with Tom for physio treatment over several weeks, I was delighted with the improvement, and have resumed my running schedule. The pain has gone and extra flexability restored. High recommendations led me to seek Tom's help, and I can now endorse them in the strongest terms, with gratitude for every aspect of the treatment received from him.
