Without going in to details, when faced with a problem, Laura was brilliant. She rescued the situation and got the flowers I had ordered via somebody else delivered to the correct address with great efficiency and style. Interflora themselves were not much help overall but Laura sorted the problems out with a smile. Highly recommended, style and substance, fantastic.

Just phoned up and the person I spoke to couldn't have been nicer. I asked if they do same day delivery and they do, they even said they will be there by lunch time which is just over 90 minutes away. Highly recommended

For mothers day I received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from Fleur de Lis. They not only lasted for a very long time they were also beatifully presented and looked amazing! I loved them and I will definitely go to Fleur de lis in the future.
