The service was decent. The waiter was overly enthusiastic, which I think must be part of their training. It was quite clear you needed a smile plastered on your face to work there. The food was good but not great. Some of the portions were rather small. Some things were VERY well cooked. The breakfast is probably the best value menu item. I’d go back for breakfast but probably skip the rest due to the mentioned small portion sizes. The VLT area reeks of old cigarettes. The bathrooms could definitely benefit from a deep cleaning as they were not very nice. The main dining part of the restaurant was clean.
Didn't eat anything. Ordered a gin and tonic and was told they were out of gin. So I ordered a vodka tonic. The server was very gracious and apologized profusely when she told me they were out of tonic. So I ended up with a vodka lemonade which was what was to be expected. That being said, our table had about 12 people and our server was so fast and super nice. She made the entire experience delightful.
Austin served us and honestly he was one of the best servers I have ever had. Warm and friendly and our breakfasts came out quickly and as ordered. Definitely exceeded my expectations!Food: 5/5

Went here for a 60th birthday party, it was in the lounge. Well, the lounge has changed significantly, the slot machines were moved to the banquet room. The seating was great, food was delicious. It was a very nice time. Would definitely go back.Food: 5/5
Doing this review a little late, I had a wonderful meal there several weeks ago. Started off with chicken strips for an Appy, followed by eggs Benny, and a career salad for dinner. It was fantastic. My server Sarah was so pleasant and inviting, and was great with meal recommendations. I will definitely be back for sure. I ate a lot of food for one person, and enjoyed every minute of it. What a great experience that meal was. That young woman deserves a raise. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or steps to maneuver, easy to get around in a wheelchair.
Went for breakfast at 1 00 in afternoon and was greeted very nicely by a young woman who was stunning. Ordered breakfast all had bacon and eggs with hashbrowns and rye toast. Food was cooked to the best and hot.Food: 4/5
The waitress took her sweet time grabbing our orders, we asked for one more minute before deciding what we wanted to order, but, ordered appetizers, the appetizers came and we were almost done eating them before the waitress showed up to take our actual order. Once we were done eating, we sat with our jackets on for 20 minutes while the waitress went and asked every other person who was not ready to go if they wanted their bill. We finally got fed up went to the front counter to complain only to be treated like garbage from the "manager". Being a guest in Selkirk, this was not a pleasant experience. Going to eat anywhere else but this place IF I ever go back to Selkirk.
Very disappointed—mother and I both ordered waffles with side of fresh fruit; our standard order. Waffles were obviously frozen toaster style waitress confirmed they were for $11.99 each! Fruit was basically only melons including cantaloupe which we were too apprehensive to eat due to the recalls. Will not be back — this is cutting corners to the nth degree.
We are very disappointed in the timelines that changed for us to be eligible for the senior special. Cut off time and the portion amt for the high price we paid off the main menu. We specifically came to benefit from the senior special to find out we were 15 mins late. We based our arrival today to qualify for the senior menu. Not happy.
