We have just had a velux window fitted, the work was carried out to a high standard, they turned up when they said they would, the quote was very impressive can't fault them.

Asked for a quote and the guy never bothered to turn up. Some excuse about his van breaking down... which fair enough I was willing to accept. But then not returning phone calls or actually letting me know if he was still coming I can't. Waste of my time waiting in for nothing. Terrible customer service.

Used other company's in the past who just bodge it and scarper. James refused to do a job until he found he was 100% sure wether the materials would bond. I have used James for many of my business properties and I wouldn't use any one else.
