First time in a Jobcentre in 40+years and clueless! The staff attended to me immediately and were very friendly. They have been very helpful and supportive. I have heard some people blame them if they are sanctioned, but it isn't them who make the decisions. They are there to help but you have help yourself and make the effort too. They are doing their job and should not receive abuse.

I'm not on benefits myself, but I just listened in to a telephone call from them to someone who is. The people here are quite frankly disgusting. They know nothing, offer no help, and are rude and condescending. The best thing would be if they ended up on benefits themselves. Then they can sit and have people ring them from the comfort of their own home and tell them to rely on churches and charity - which is all the staff in this dreadful place can say. I'd give them zero stars if I could, but one star is the lowest rating you can give. I can only imagine everyone who has to deal with them ends up hating them because after listening to them myself, my blood is boiling - and it's not even me being told to get a food bank voucher.

I can only comment on my experience, I have found all the staff there more than helpful with good advice and ready to offer any help if you really want to get back into work.nI lost confidence in myself and was given good advice and support from all the staff.nI am now in employment again but I know any help and advice I need I can call in and the staff are on hand to help.nIt's so sad that the staff get bad comments because they can only work within the guidelines that are set by their bosses and it must be frustrating for them too as they are only human and want help those who want to help themselves.

Made a complaint about  the manager of Fleetwood jobcentre who blatantly lied to my face then continued to lie to her supperiors and the police. Six months and six escalations later just been told will take another 14 months for a full enquiry. Looks like the system is set up to drag on so we will give up but sadly i will not be walking away from this complaint.

So nearly three years ago i made a complaint about the manager of Fleetwood Jobcentre  who blatantly lied to my face and thn continued to lie to her superiors and her police woman friend.Just received the final outcome from the Independent Case Examiner .I told my story she told her story and yes the ICE have believed her story. Thr must be one staff member who has read this letter from the ICE and thought to them self's  this man did not do any off what she has said, SHAM  ON YOU. As i said  a few years ago i will not be walking away from ths complaint so i will be asking a  MP to approach the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. xx
