I had a geleration nail treatment. The therapist, unfortunately I don't know her name, was very skilled & had to apply three coats of the colour to make the nails look sufficiently covered. She did this willingly & professionally & as a result, despite large amounts of washing up & cleaning, my nails still look immaculate. The owner manager was very attentive & I received a lovely coffee & mince pie. I will definitely return for further treatments. Stephanie Lambert.

Nice staff, but charged me extra for soaking off acrylic without stating before hand only mentioned it at the end (I have never been charged to take off anywhere) also was told my cut would be 15 pounds as I got quite a few treatments and I was then charged 25 pounds! your full price list didn't even cost that full price? Glitter gel nails literally the colour scratched off? and was gone within 1 week, not pleased with end result and the lack of honesty on prices telling me one price and charging another.

Overcharged for treatment by who I'm assuming was the manager/owner, was told "that's strange" when I said the website shows a much cheaper price and "the website prices mustn't been updated yet", was also told when I asked that they didn't have any "up to date" price lists in store as they were waiting for a delivery (how convenient). After having an email ignored then, after prompting, few blunt email responses I returned to claim my refund. The girl behind reception was friendly and helpful whilst the manager/owner completely ignored me - obviously no apology or acknowledgment/explanation was given. Not impressed! I will not be returning nor do I recommend Flawless Faces to anyone who doesn't want to be ripped off.

Very friendly, nice atmosphere. Great value and just what I wanted for a colour, cut and blow dry. Would definitely use again. Thank you!
