Had the loveliest ice-cream here and served two of the nicest young ladies. You must be very proud of them. After 35 years of customer service experience I would be proud to have them work for me. Excellent.
Ice cream was a bit tasteless and runny, seemed to melt quickly and it wasn't particularly a warm day either.
Great ice creams, as usual and a wide variety of flavours available. The staff worked very quickly to clear the massive queue as the whole JoG area was packed with tourists, all apparently desperate for a Flavours ice cream.
Visited today, ice cream okay, service a bit strange, only ONE person allowed in, quite a big floor area, sure a couple would make no difference. Only pay cash if you have the correct money as change will NOT be given. You cannot see the ice cream only a list of flavours. Lots of signs with instructions so make sure to read them carefully or you will be shouted at by the female server if two enter after they ring the bell allowing entry.
The 'Mr Whippy' was fantastic, really tasty, very creamy tasting. £3.30 for a big un but worth it!

Best value ice cream is to buy a triple and share! Loads of yummy flavours to choose from. Clean shop and polite staff.
