I have been coming to Kiana’s beauty clinic to get a shellac manicure done every 2-3 weeks for the past year and I love it. Everyone is smiley and kind and I always leave with my nails looking perfect. They also practically always last for 3 weeks, which has never been the case for me with any other salons in the past. Excited for my next appointment soon!
I have been a regular customer for Kiana's beauty clinic for several years now. And the services is amazing , welcoming warmly atmosphere, clean, comfortable any time through the seasons. Just done my nails with the professional lady Thu, refiled with gel and toping shellac with my favourite colour N: 2 The results its amazing as always and its last for 3-4 weeks. I would recommend to use this clinic. Just call them treat your self nicely and be happy .Services: Manicure
The employees are very professional, kind and experienced. It was my first visit I got my eyebrows threaded and manicure with shellac on natural nails. I really liked the service and the atmosphere. The prices are also really good for central London. Thank you! Services: Manicure
It was my first time at Kiana’s Beauty Clinic and I am so happy and love the results of my eyebrow waxing, eyebrow tinting, eyelash tinting, and upper lip-threading. I originally went in just for eyebrow waxing and I wanted the other treatments and the beautician who I did not get her name, but she was the blonde lady from Lithuania who really accommodated to what I wanted even though I didn’t book for the other treatments. But, she let me have all the other treatments which I was so appreciative of! She listened to exactly what I wanted and I am so happy with the results of all my treatments. Everything came out exactly how I wanted and she really spent time on all the details. I highly recommend Kiana’s Beauty Clinic as the staff are brilliant, the results are perfect, and they attend to every detail. If I could rate more than 5 stars I most definitely would! I went for massage on 25 November and loved it. Firstly, the salon is very warm, which is important during winter. Secondly, the place was really clean and there was a nice ambiance, Finally, the staff are polite, friendly and professional. Recommend.
Horrible service! Skin gets ripped off!! multiple cuts, blood and scars! No fan/vent in the waxing room causing humidity. The lady has no experience. Wax is applied as if she is applying butter over a bread. In all directions!!!! irrespective of the natural hair growth direction. Hollywood wax was so horrible and painful that I almost lost my consciousness. Even the eyebrows and upper lips threading was a nightmare Ladies, please think again before choosing this salon for any of your personal services.Services: Brazilian waxing
Amazing service! I had a normal mani by Hani and waxing by Aiste and they are excellent professionals. After the waxing session, I damaged one of my nails and Neda stayed longer to fix the polish. Such a kind thing to do even they were already closed! I will definitely come back :

Hit and miss. Wouldn’t recommend the nail art, block colours are okay. On one occasion the nails started peeling, due to a bond issue not my fault and i had to pay full price to have them redone. My skin was trimmed to deep during one manicure but nothing was said at the time and i was later very uncomfortable. I was disappointed with the outcome of my nail art but, rather than try and resolve my issues my direct complaints have gone ignored. My reviews have been disputed and i have been called a lier. So, would not recommend. Please read the responses from the owner on other unhappy reviews.
This is how my nails look after acrylic nail take off. I have never been to a nail saloon that doesn't soak acrylic nails off. The nervous guy just took the electric file and filed them for 15mins. Half the plastic is still on and my actual nail has been left completely damaged with loads of ridges. My little finger is even bleeding. I'm devistated.
