Extremely bad and disgusting food. burgers drenched in ketchup, stone cold and tastes disgusting. got the order wrong and the price is such a scam. the kid attached to this review saddly died from the disgusting food at flames, food poisoning got him in the end. DO NOT EAT HERE
Very quick,very delicious,very refresh& clean
Since moving to crewe, been looking for a decent takeaway. Having tried all the rest, flames has become my go to. Never had an issue, and thank you all the staff for a brilliant service so far and to the future

Dosn't even deserve one star, you waiting too long for food which is disgusting and cold. Never ever again!!!!!!!!!!
Been using flames for a whole now, it's never been great but I've always accepted it's cheap and cheerful. But now they sent me a cold pizza saying I live 15 minutes away yet the other food was hot. Manager doesn't care. I wont be using you again.
Horrible, burnt pizza under cooked chicken, very bad manners
One of the best kebab houses in crewe! Makes the 12" pizza! Also Jay the delivery driver is a top bloke always polite!
Used to be good 1hr 30mins wait for our food to come and was cold rang to complain and wanted to bring me food the next day
Horrible burnt chicken in my partners kebab. He couldn’t eat it. Food in general was very poor. Portion sizes were rubbish compared to other takeaways. Won’t be using again
