Foods sub par at best, order was wrong and fries tastes like they've been fried, left to go cold, fried again and then left to go cold again... definitely won't be ordering again.
Why would you go anywhere else? After trying all the local kebab shops around Nuneaton, this place wins by miles, top meat, homemade chilli sauce, the option for naan rather than pitta, it's a no brainer, don't sample the rest, sample the best, and the best is Flames!
We ordered food tonight and have found a hair in the pizza also on the chicken, This is very disappointing as we have been told its a good takeout with quick service.
Food was simply awful, the wedges tasted like they had been cooked and reheated, the doner wrap was vile , the chicken wrap with salad had about 2 pieces of lettuce, the burger was dry and had definitely not been cooked fresh , last 3 orders from this place have been terrible will not be using again Dietary restrictions: There is non
Food is very tasty , authentic turkish cuisine . The only problem I have is when I ordered online the description in the menu was that all kebabs are served with chips and one can of drink which is not true . I only received the actual kebab which is fine with me but please don't deceive your customers , doesn't do you any favours and it's a shame really cause the food is actually good quality.
I placed an order and a family emergency came up so we had to cancel it then the man on the phone started to shout that we are liars and don’t believe us for one minute Absolutely disgusting behaviour avoid this place
Food good, however missing items so I phoned them up kept on the phone with the receiver just left on the side and asked me 5 times what was missing and the missing items was delivered half hour later which isn't ideal , they need to get some manners when answering the phone because there attitude is shocking.
DO NOT ORDER FROM FLAMES I place an order that cost me 31 pounds via urber eats but the order was supposed to come between 1 and 1.25 am did not come so iv phone them up and they were rude to me they told me they try to call me 4 times which they didn't and I said I would either want a refund or delivery fresh they said it will cost me extra 3 pounds which I paid when the food did arrive the chips were horrible the donner meat was dry I WILL DEFINITELY NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN order from there beware !!! I do not blame uber eats as I got intouch and thery were helpful I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER ONCE I KNOW WHERE I CAN
Nice and friendly staff always help when making a order and the food always come hot and we enjoy eating from here
Best shish kebabs! High quality food and friendly service. Prices have increased over the past few months, which is understandable in the current economic climate, but the kebabs are still the best in town and well worth the money.
