Great service provided, the lady was absolutely amazing. I ordered flowers for my mums birthday at the last minute and she literally delivered them to my door and they were absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely go back to them. Thank you for the 5 star service.

I ordered flowers on Saturday for my friend who had just lost her mum. I went to see my friend today and she thanked me for the flowers. However, I was very disappointed and embarrassed by what she received. I know flowers from a florist are more expensive, but it didn’t look like a 40.00 bunch of flowers excluding delivery to Redditch. Nonetheless, the lady I spoke to was pleasant and they did deliver the same day.

A great first class service where staff couldn't be more kind and professional.  First time I've used the service and have already spread the word and let people know how excellent you all are. My friend couldn't have been happier with her bouquet. She's already put a photo and comments on face book within the hour of delivery. Thank you so much. Will definitely be ordering again very soon.
